Starlight English provides online English language instruction through live virtual classes. Classes may be offered as one-on-one or group sessions, depending on the package selected.

2. Registration and Payment
   •    All classes must be paid in advance.
   •    Payment confirms the student’s booking and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
   •    Prices, packages, and promotions are subject to change with notice on our website or via official communication channels.

3. Class Scheduling
   •    Class times are agreed upon in advance between the teacher and the student/parent.
   •    All times are scheduled according to the agreed time zone.
   •    Please ensure the student is ready and online on time for each lesson.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   •    Classes may be rescheduled with at least 12–24 hours’ notice (you may adjust this).
   •    Late cancellations or no-shows will be considered a completed lesson and will not be refunded.
   •    In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies), rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.

   •    If a teacher must cancel a class, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited at no additional cost.
   •    We strive to give advance notice whenever possible.

   •    Fees paid are non-refundable once classes have begun.

   •    Refunds for unused classes are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.

   •    Appropriate and respectful behaviour is required at all times.
